Q: What types of input files are supported by TRO application?
A:  .xls,.csv,.txt and .xlsx formats are supported by the application.

Q: Is there a pre-defined format of an input file?
A:Yes, the specifications are:
  1. The file must contain 5 columns; Block #, Street, Apt #, City and Zip respectively.
  2. A sixth column must be added for the countries other than the U.S.
  3. All adresses must be valid in order to be considered for routing.
Q: How do I upload a file to the TRO server?
A: The step-by-step procedure is as follows:
  1. Login to the application.
  2. Click on the 'Select Files' button to select the file.
  3. Click on the 'Upload' button to upload the file to TRO server.
Q: What does 'Error' status mean?
A: If the file is not in the pre-defined input format or corrupted then file status would show as 'Error'

Q: Will I be charged if my job is submitted but I see 'Error' status?
A: No.
